@TechnoBIan I know this is called Steren by Gwendel. Ever since someone else replied with who plays this song I have to share it with others! I'm not sure about the answers to your other questions.
PS. I visited Germany in the winter, and it was even beautiful then! Ireland may have its green grass, but it doesn't have the black fir tree forests of Germany. Every country has great aspects of their culture!
